Customer News Update

To all my customers who are waiting patiently for our new tree to be made, I have good news and some bad.

Bad news first, unfortunately the manufacturers of the mould have underestimated the pressure created when polyurafane expands, therefore when the first tree was poured the mould expanded like a balloon causing fractures, delamination and distortion. Disappointment would be a understatement of my feelings and thoughts.

The good news is I have located a mould builder with 20 years experience who has assured me I shall have my first mould within 3 weeks and all other sizes 3 weeks from then. I need several trees to increase the sizes to cater for everyone and will only use the first original tree to maintain integrity in the design for all.

I understand the frustration you must be feeling about the delays, but I assure you once the trees are ready we shall be straight into custom making your saddle.
